Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Before usage, shake well and closely bring the tip of the spray head to your scalp.
2. Evenly spray the product over your scalp. In order for the product to absorb properly, rub the formula gently from the back of your neck to the crown of your head by using both hands.

*Best to use when the scalp temperature is high.
