Social Plugins

If you visit our website pages that contain a plugin from Facebook, Google+, Twitter or Pinterest (these are marked with a logo of the provider) your browser establishes a direct connection to the computers of the provider. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the offering side directly to your browser and integrated by this into the Internet site. By integrating the plugins, the provider receives the information that you have accessed our website. If you are simultaneously logged in to the provider, the provider can assign the visit to your profile. If you interact with the plugins - for example, press the "Like" button or leave a comment - the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the provider and stored there.

Web beacons, tags, and pixels

Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site. An embedded script is programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Service. Log Data

Log data collects data and track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. 1.2 Personal Information

When you sign up for an account, our newsletter or when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, e-mail address and phone number. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shopify’s platform allows us to connect our stores with third party applications to alter or provide new functionalities in our store to make the user experience more friendly.

Content commenting services allow Users to make and publish their comments on the contents of this website (via product reveiws) If there is an email address among the Personal Data provided by the User, it may be used to send notifications of comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their own comments.

If a content commenting service provided by third parties is installed, it may still collect web traffic data for the pages where the comment service is installed, even when Users do not use the content commenting service. When a comment is left on the website, your name and e-mail address are required. NIASHA uses a 3rd party review app from Yotpo.

We use the 3rd party app CHATRA to allow you to chat with us in live during our presence or send us a message, leaving your e-mail address and name so we get back to you. By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, your email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning NIASHA. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to this Website or after making a purchase.
