Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Holiday Shipping
To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.
Free Shipping
Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over CHF 50.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@niasha.ch before returning any products for further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Protection
NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.
International Delivery
We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Warehouse Pickup
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.
