By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that:

  • You will not use NIASHA  products and/or services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate applicable laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your services.

 

 

SECTION 2 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content. All content is offered “as is,” and NIASHA disclaims liability for errors, omissions, or outdated information to the extent permitted by law.

Product Information: Details, including ingredients, are sourced from manufacturers and may vary. Always refer to product packaging for accuracy.

Pricing: Prices are listed in CHF and include VAT unless stated otherwise. NIASHA reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update prices without prior notice.

 

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Orders are binding once the "Complete Order" button is clicked. A confirmation email will follow. NIASHA  reserves the right to cancel orders before shipping.

Delivery times are estimates. NIASHA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

 

SECTION 4 – DISCOUNTS, REWARDS PROGRAM, AND GIFT CARDS

  • A maximum of one voucher or discount code can be applied per order unless you are a member of our Rewards Program.* During the checkout process, the code is entered into the designated field, and the corresponding amount is then deducted directly from the current order.
    *For details on discount combinations available to Rewards members, please refer to the Discounts section in the Rewards Program below.

  • Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email and are non-expiring unless otherwise stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with certain promotions.

NIASHA Rewards Program (“Program”, “NIASHA Klub”) is designed to thank our valued customers for their loyalty. By participating, you become a member and agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified at our discretion.

How It Works

  • Joining the Program: To become a member of NIASHA Klub you need to create an account on our website www.niasha.ch

  • Earning Points: Points are earned for qualifying activities such as creating an account, making purchases, referring friends, or engaging with NIASHA’s website or social media channels. The specific activities and their corresponding points may vary and will be listed on the Rewards Program page.

  • Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for store credits, discounts, products, or other rewards as specified on the Rewards Program page. The redemption process and required point thresholds will be clearly stated.

  • Reward Expiry: Once issued, rewards are valid for 6 months from the issue date. After this period, they will expire and can no longer be used.

  • Exclusions: Points cannot be earned on purchases made with store credit, gift cards, or during certain promotional periods unless otherwise specified.

VIP Tiers

Customers who are members of the Rewards Program and make a purchase are eligible to join our VIP Program. This program includes four tiers based on lifetime spending (excluding discounts):

  • Starter: CHF 0 spent

  • Luminous: CHF 150 spent

  • Radiant: CHF 250 spent

  • Glowing: CHF 1000+ spent

Discounts

Combination Policy: Rewards Program members may combine up to five (5) redeemed discounts or free products with other website promotions per order.

Black Friday Exception: During the Black Friday sales event (Friday through Monday), all customers, including Rewards members, are limited to one (1) discount code per order. Combining multiple discount codes is not permitted during this period.

Free Shipping for Glowing Tier Members

To enjoy free shipping on any order, ensure you are logged into your account before proceeding to checkout.

VIP Tier Duration

Once you achieve a VIP status, you will retain it permanently or advance to the next tier as you qualify.

Notifications

You may receive email updates or push notifications regarding your rewards activity, such as earned points, tier upgrades, or expiration reminders. These notifications are informational and not promotional. You can adjust notification preferences through your account settings.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individual customers with an active account on our website. Rewards are personal and cannot be transferred, bartered, or sold.

Inactivity Policy

If there is no reward activity (earning or redeeming points) for 365 days or more, your points balance will reset to zero.

Program Limitations

  • Points have no cash value and can only be used as specified within the Program.

  • NIASHA reserves the right to adjust points balances or terminate memberships in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

Changes or Termination

NIASHA reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, unused points may no longer be redeemable.

 

 

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

We guarantee that products are undamaged at the time of shipping. If a product is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Damaged products must be returned in their original packaging, and NIASHA will cover return shipping costs for verified claims. Refunds for the returned items will be processed promptly upon receipt.

NIASHA does not guarantee that products meet specific intended uses or deliver particular results. Warranty excludes damage due to improper use or external factors.

 

 

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligibility: Unused, unopened, and undamaged products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Costs: Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for the returned items will be processed promptly upon receipt.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PostCard, PostFinance Direct, Twint, and Powerpay (MF Group AG)

Payment on Account / by Invoice - Powerpay (MF Group AG)

 When selecting Powerpay as your payment method, customers receive an invoice allowing payment by due date or in installments. Powerpay manages the invoicing process and any subsequent collections.

  • Credit Check: By selecting this payment method, you consent to a creditworthiness check by Powerpay. Approval is subject to their assessment criteria.

  • Processing: After choosing Powerpay, customers will receive an invoice directly from MF Group AG (Powerpay). This invoice includes payment instructions and the option to pay in full or in installments.

  • Additional Fees: Installment payments may include fees or interest as per Powerpay’s terms. For details, refer to Powerpay's Terms and Conditions.

  • Responsibility: The payment obligation is transferred to Powerpay. Inquiries regarding invoices should be addressed directly to Powerpay's customer service.

SECTION 8 – DATA PROTECTION

NIASHA collects and processes personal data to enhance customer service and marketing. Personal Data doesn’t include credit card information, which is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Customer data will:

  • Be securely stored and only shared with third parties when necessary for service fulfillment.

  • Not be sold or misused.

You may access, modify, or delete your personal data per Swiss and EU (GDPR) regulations. To do so, you can either access your personal data by logging into your account or contact us at info@niasha.ch.

NIASHA shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or supplier disruptions.

 

 

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Vaud, Switzerland.
