When will my order arrive?
Thank you for your order!
Once your order is shipped, it is usually delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with standard economy shipping and 1-2 business days with priority shipping.
Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time – Swiss Post does not operate during public holidays or weekends and can have delays on their side for other reasons, for which NIASHA is not responsible.
You can track your parcel with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk email folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.
NOTE: We do our best to process the orders as soon as possible or within 24 hours on business days. The order processing time may take slightly longer (up to 48 hours on business days) during special events, like Black Friday or the Christmas period.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for all orders above CHF 50. You are also welcome to join our rewards program to swap your points for free economy shipping, among other great things.
IMPORTANT: If your package gets returned to our warehouse in Vevey by Swiss Post because they couldn’t deliver it (e.g., „recipient not found at address provided“), we don’t cover the fees to reship your order. To avoid such occurrences, please make sure to check your address and name before finalizing your order with us. If you just recently moved and your address changed, we kindly advise you to notify your local post office immediately and register your change of address with forwarding.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We invest a lot of effort to make our packaging as sustainable as possible!
- Our carton delivery boxes are 100% recyclable.
- We avoid styrofoam and only use biodegradable fillings that are made out of corn. They are environmentally safe to use and can be dissolved in water.
- Our scotch tape is made out of paper.
- Our logo sticker is printed with Soy ink.
- We reuse bubble wrap which we receive from brand deliveries to protect fragile products made of glass. If you receive a product wrapped in bubble wrap, please know, that it was reused by us and can even be utilized again by you.
Orders
Can I change / cancel my order once it is placed?
If you have already placed an order and want to change it, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change happen and adapt the order to your preferences.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel it.
Do I get any samples with my order?
Absolutely! You can choose the samples you want directly in your cart before checking out. And you also get a free surprise sheet mask with every order over CHF 130 as a little treat from us. ☺
If you are in the samples-free club, we totally get it! Don’t choose any samples, and none will be added to your order.
I'm placing an order as a gift and don’t want any prices to be shown. How should I proceed?
We’ve got you covered – invoices are sent by email only, and no prices are shown in any packages we send out. Hope your friends enjoy the gift!
The product that I want is out of stock. What should I do?
We totally feel your disappointment and work hard to avoid these situations. Please enter your email address in the “Notify me when back in stock” tab on the product page, and we will notify you by mail once the product is back!
Is NIASHA open all year round?
Yes, our website NIASHA.ch operates all year round 24/7. However, please note that humans are working behind the online scenes :)
We operate according to the Canton of Vaud and its public holidays. The following official public holidays apply:

• Saint Berchtold’s Day (2. January)
• Good Friday (April - date varies each year)
• Easter Monday (April - date varies each year)
• Ascension Day (May - date varies each year)

I didn’t receive any paper invoice in my parcel. Did you forget to include it?
Don’t worry! Invoices are sent by email only, and we don’t send out additional paper documents. Should you need a duplicate of your order summary, please reach us at hello@niasha.ch, and we will be happy to provide you with one!

How can I track my parcel?
The tracking number of your parcel is included in your shipping confirmation email following the order confirmation. Please check your junk email folder if you don’t see the order confirmation – both emails must be there. Once you have the tracking number, you can check the status of your parcel here.

If we send you an item that was or has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty, or doesn't match the listing description on our website, we also offer to reship the product for free or reimburse the amount paid for this product.

The tracking shows my parcel has been delivered, but it’s not in my letter box. What happened?
We are sorry you’re reading this section. Firstly, we recommend checking with your neighbors if they have received your parcel by accident – this solves 99% of such cases. If your neighbors did not receive it either, the parcel is most likely, stolen.
Suppose you consider the parcel to be stolen. In that case, you can make a claim at your local police office and then send the claim to your Household Insurance.
NIASHA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless such an event happens during transit. We, therefore, recommend choosing shipping protection (shipping against signature) to make sure the package is delivered to you directly.
Local Pickup
Do you offer a local pick-up?
Yes, we do! After receiving your pick-up confirmation via email, you will be able to collect your order at our warehouse in Vevey. The address and further information will be provided in the confirmation email.
Available pick-up times: Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
If you cannot come within this time frame, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch or call us at 076 224 85 25 to make an appointment for pick-up.
Returns
Can I return, cancel or exchange a product?
If you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please email us right away at hello@niasha.ch, so we can help you adjust the order if it’s still in the warehouse.
To return a product(s), kindly first send us an email at hello@niasha.ch and let us know your order number and which product(s) you would like to return. Please only return unused and unopened items (within 14 days of purchase date). You may then send us the product(s) to the following address:

Kindly note, that we don't refund or exchange products from our SALE section. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Moreover, we can exchange products that are shipped out and unopened. However, you’ll have to cover both the return and re-shipping amount.

Gifts & Discounts
I’d like to purchase a Gift Card for a friend. How will it be delivered?
We are happy to offer E-Gift Cards – these are sent electronically by email to you or your friend and are not physical items. We suggest you enter your own email so that once you receive the gift card, you either forward it to your friend with a personal message or print it out.
Don’t see the gift card in your inbox? Please check your junk folder; it should be there.
I received an E-Gift Card. How do I use it?
Simply enter the gift card code during checkout in the field “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click “Apply.” The amount of the gift card will be deducted from your cart total.
Do you have multiple gift cards? Fantastic - you can enter multiple codes one after the other.
Bonus: You can combine gift cards with one discount code.
Do you offer a wrapping service for birthdays or special occasions?
We currently do not offer a wrapping service. However, we can include a birthday card and customize our wrapping paper (color). If you are interested in making use of it, please send us an email at hello@niasha.ch, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

How do I apply my Discount Code?
Simply enter the discount code during checkout in the field “Gift Card or Discount Code” and click “Apply”. The amount of the discount will be deducted from your cart total.
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Discount codes can be combined with E-Gift Cards, though.
NOTE: If your order value is 50 CHF or above, your parcel will be shipped for free (Standard Economy).
However, if you apply a discount code afterward, your order value will change, and shipping fees might apply, depending on the cart total. So, if you wish to make use of the free shipping delivery method, your cart total must be 50 CHF or above, with the discount code applied.

What are NIASHA Rewards and how do I join ?
NIASHA Rewards is our loyalty program designed to give you exclusive offers, discounts, and additional perks for being a loyal member of the NIASHA community!
You can join by creating an account first through the NIASHA Rewards page.
Do my rewards points expire?
Your points are set to expire if the account is inactive for 365 days. So if you don’t earn or redeem any points for over 365 days, your points balance will be reset to zero.
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on the NIASHA Rewards page, or your account page.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media, leaving reviews on the products you’ve purchased – and for celebrating a birthday*!
* Be sure to enter your birth date at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can redeem product rewards once signed in directly through the NIASHA Rewards page or your account page.
Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points between two accounts. You can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account/email you're logged in with while shopping), but we recommend only using one account to maximize your points.
How do I become a VIP member?
Anyone who has made a purchase within the current calendar year automatically enters our VIP program. There are 3 VIP tiers: 1) Luminous - 1-149 CHF spent this calendar year; 2) Radiant - 150-349 CHF spent this calendar year; 3) Glowing - 350+ CHF spent this calendar year.

Your VIP tier status is active for the current and following calendar year; set to expire if not reached again within the following calendar year.
I'm a VIP member. How do I access exclusive discounts, rewards and offers?
All VIP members get access to perks automatically, as soon as you reach a new VIP tier. To see what’s available to your VIP tier, visit NIASHA Rewards page.
To receive offers for product giveaways, secret discounts, early launches and sales, you will need to be subscribed to our newsletters.

Does my VIP status expire?
Once you reach a VIP tier, it is set to last until the end of the next calendar year. In order to keep your current VIP status, you need to reach the threshold again by the end of the following calendar year.
In case of no points activity (earning or redeeming) for 365 days or more, all VIP statuses are automatically revoked and points balance reset to zero.
Do you offer birthday gifts?
Yes we do! Please make sure to log in or create an account first, go to the Rewards page in the main menu, and set your birthdate. On your birthday, you'll receive birthday points that you can use to redeem discounts and free products.*
* Be sure to enter your birth date at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
I redeemed a code but it didn’t apply at checkout. What do I do?
If the code you redeemed does not automatically apply at checkout, you can copy the code and apply it manually at checkout in the discount window. With free products, you also need to add the product to your cart first, and only then apply the code. You can find all unused, redeemed codes in the Rewards panel (need to sign in first).
I redeemed a free product but it’s shown at full price.
After you redeem a free product and add it to cart, the discount will only be activated once you reach check out. If the product is still listed at full price at checkout, you can manually apply the code - all unused, redeemed codes can be found in the Rewards panel (need to sign in first).
I accidentally added a reward to my cart and can't remove it. Help!
You can remove any rewards you no longer wish to checkout for by proceeding to the cart page. Once there, you can change the quantity or select the "x" button next to the quantity of the product to completely remove it from your cart before you checkout.
I left a review, but didn't earn points!
Only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. This means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email request after purchasing the item(s) through NIASHA in order to receive points.

How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend, make sure to log in first through NIASHA Rewards. Scroll down to find your unique link to share with friends.
First, your friend must use the link to visit NIASHA, then they will be prompted to enter their email. Once they claim the referral gift, they’ll receive a coupon for 15% off their purchase.* You will receive your 20% off coupon as soon as your friend completes their first order.*
* Referral coupons are only applicable for orders of 75 CHF and more.
Please note that you must have made at least 1 purchase with us before being able to receive a reward for referring a friend. Additionally, referee cannot have a previous or currently existing account.

Are the products on NIASHA 100% authentic?
Absolutely! We are proud to source our products from the brands directly or from a legitimate and trusted distributor. Whenever you are shopping with NIASHA, you can be assured that you are always getting authentic and genuine products directly from Korea.
Are all products on NIASHA Cruelty-free?
Yes, they are. Back in 2016 a bill was passed in South Korea that required that all beauty brands have to be Cruelty-free by 2018. However, not all products are Vegan. Feeling a bit lost? Check our blog post on Cruelty Free and Vegan Skincare to understand the difference.

You love the brands „KraveBeauty“ and „Glow Recipe“ and wonder why we don’t offer their products?
Currently, those brands work with European stores very selectively or not at all. You can find Glow Recipe in Switzerland on www.douglas.ch, and Krave Beauty now offers shipping to Switzerland and Europe directly on their website www.kravebeauty.com.
If those brands change their policies and start working with European retailers, we will of course, add their products to our store :)
