Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. how to use

Two methods:1. As a toner pad - After cleansing, sweep the face lightly with one pad. Apply further skin care products.2. As a sheet mask - Apply the pads anywhere on your face including neck areas for extra soothing and boost of hydration. Put off after 10 minutes and gently pat on face until absorption.Bonus: if the toner pads are still damp after the application, use them on the body. *After use, make sure you close the cover. It is recommended to keep the product in the fridge.
