Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Evenly apply an adequate amount of STEP 1 on a cleansed face in the evening.
2. After STEP 1 is fully absorbed, take out STEP 2 hydrogel mask. Remove the backing films and place the lower half around the mouth and the upper half around the eyes.
3. Leave the mask on for* :
Quick care: 20–40 minutes;
Intensive care: 2–3 hours;
Ultra-care: overnight as a sleeping mask.

*Adjust the duration based on your skin’s needs.
