Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Dispense 3-4 drops of the product and gently massage or tap it into the skin until fully absorbed.

2. Follow with a moisturizer to lock in the hydration.

Daytime Use: Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is more stable than pure ascorbic acid and is less likely to degrade with sun exposure. However, it's still good practice to apply sunscreen after using any Vitamin C derivative during the day to protect your skin from UV damage and maximize the benefits.

Avoid Mixing with Other Actives: Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is generally more stable and less irritating than pure ascorbic acid, meaning it can sometimes be used alongside other active ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, and retinoids. However, to minimize any potential irritation, it’s still recommended to avoid combining them in the same routine, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Potency and Storage: While Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is more stable and less reactive to light, temperature, and air than pure Vitamin C, it’s still a good idea to store it in a cool, dark, and dry place to maintain its effectiveness. Refrigeration isn’t as crucial as it is for pure ascorbic acid, but it can help extend the product’s shelf life. Use it within a reasonable time frame to ensure maximum potency.

Skin Sensitivity: Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is less likely to cause irritation or sensitivity compared to pure ascorbic acid, making it a better option for those with sensitive skin. However, if you’re new to Vitamin C derivatives, it’s still wise to start with a small amount and gradually increase usage, monitoring for any signs of irritation.
