Trouble Cure treatment consists of two steps: a cleansing pad soaked in tea tree oil and salicylic acid to disinfect the area and a microneedle patch to infuse the skin with acne-healing ingredients. The patch is excellent for hormonal acne and cystic acne.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Protection

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

Dry Your Skin: Pat your skin dry after cleansing.

Sanitize the Area: Use the cleansing pad included in the package to sanitize the treatment area.

Apply the Patch: Carefully remove the protective white layer from the patch (avoid touching the microneedles). Apply the patch to the desired area and gently press down to secure it.

Wear the Patch: Leave the patch on for at least two hours before removing.

*Store Unused Patches: Each patch is packaged in pairs. If you use only one patch, store the remaining one in the zip-lock bag provided in the package to keep it fresh.
