Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

*If you use an exfoliating product during the daytime, always finish your skincare routine with sunscreen application. This is crucial to protect your newly exposed skin from UV damage and to minimize the risk of sensitivity or irritation.
