Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 2. Gently wipe the cotton pad over your face, using upward and outward motions. Avoid the delicate areas around your eyes and mouth.

*If you use this exfoliating product during the daytime, always finish your skincare routine with sunscreen application. This is crucial to protect your newly exposed skin from UV damage and to minimize the risk of sensitivity or irritation.
