Livraison
Les commandes sont traitées dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures ouvrées. Une fois expédiée, votre commande sera livrée par La Poste Suisse dans un délai de 2 à 3 jours ouvrés avec la livraison standard ou de 1 à 2 jours ouvrés avec la livraison prioritaire. Veuillez noter que les délais de traitement peuvent être légèrement plus longs pendant les périodes de forte activité, comme Noël ou le Black Friday.
Livraison pendant les fêtes
Pour garantir une livraison rapide pendant la période des fêtes ou lors des événements commerciaux, nous vous recommandons de passer vos commandes tôt, car les délais de livraison peuvent s'allonger en raison de volumes élevés.

Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation avec les informations de suivi. Vous pourrez suivre votre commande sur le site de La Poste Suisse à l'aide du numéro de suivi fourni.

Profitez de la livraison gratuite sur toutes les commandes supérieures à 50 CHF.
Retours
Vous pouvez retourner les produits dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Pour être éligible à un retour, les produits doivent être inutilisés, non ouverts, non endommagés et dans leur emballage d'origine. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf si le produit reçu est défectueux ou incorrect. Veuillez nous contacter à l'adresse hello@niasha.ch avant de retourner des produits pour obtenir de l'aide.
Produits endommagés ou défectueux
Si vous recevez un produit endommagé ou défectueux, veuillez nous contacter à l'adresse hello@niasha.ch avec votre numéro de commande et des photos des dommages pour obtenir de l'aide. Nous organiserons un remplacement ou un remboursement.
Protection des envois
NIASHA Sarl n'est pas responsable des colis perdus ou volés après la livraison. Nous vous recommandons fortement de sélectionner l'option Protection du colis pour 1 CHF (remise contre signature) au moment du paiement afin de garantir que votre commande est protégée contre le vol ou la perte après la livraison.
Livraison internationale
Nous livrons actuellement uniquement en Suisse et au Liechtenstein.
Retrait en entrepôt
Vous pouvez retirer votre commande dans notre entrepôt à Vevey, Vaud. Le retrait est possible du lundi au vendredi, de 9h30 à 16h30. Une fois votre commande prête à être récupérée, vous recevrez une notification. Veuillez apporter votre confirmation de commande et une pièce d'identité valide pour le retrait.

A very light, fast-absorbing serum that does not irritate the skin but makes it soft and moisturizes well. Most other whitening products I've used so far were more “aggressive” in that they burned slightly on the skin and the skin was dry and tight afterwards.
