Daytime:
1. Start with clean skin and apply toner or serum.

2. Unfold the mask. Apply the upper part around the eyes first, then the lower part around the mouth.

3. Leave on for 20–30 minutes or until the mask becomes transparent.

4. For intensive care, wear it for 2–4 hours before removing.

Overnight:
For deeply nourishing care, wear the mask as a sleeping pack and remove it in the morning before continuing with your usual skincare routine.

Pro Tip:
Don’t let the mask’s extra parts go to waste! Apply leftover pieces to areas needing extra hydration or firming, like the sides of your nose, under the eyes, or the neck.

Good but not for the whole night

"I was very interested in this product as I heard a lot about this kind of mask. I kept it on overnight and it was not the best experience as you have to sleep on your back and it feels weird to have something on your face the whole time. Still when I removed it my skin was very bright and smooth so I appreciated the results. I would recommend it if you are a back sleeper or to just keep it on a few hours."

"J’avais déja essayé le masque biodance rose. J’ai eu une glass skin. Mais celui la non seulement ça donne une glass skin mais aussi un teint lumineux. J’ai été bien satisfaite de ce masque. La peau est bien hydratée et mon maquillage etait magnifique suite a ce masque que j’avais laissé poser toute la nuit. Vraiment incroyable . "This mask is packed with essence — like, really soaked. I used it after a long day, and it instantly cooled and calmed my skin. The niacinamide helps even out tone over time, but I noticed a nice temporary brightening right after using it too. My skin felt super hydrated and smooth the next morning. It’s fragrance-free, which I appreciate, and the fit is excellent. Definitely one of my new go-tos for when my skin looks tired or dull."

"A parte il fatto che era stata piegata male nella confezione quindi ho avuto difficoltà nel posizionamento (le pieghe prese impedivano di farla stare completamente aderente) la maschera é stata molto piacevole da portare. Onestamente per il lungo tempo di posa mi aspettavo un risultato molto piu evidente ma posso comunque dire che é una maschera di buona qualità"

Jelly-like to glass-like

"I was quite excited to try this one because I heard a lot of reviews for this product. It's thick jelly-like mask, which is separated into 2 parts for the upper and lower face regions. I tried it as an overnight mask. People who sleep on their side might have an issue with keeping the mask on, but for me, I didn't since I'm used to sleep on my back. Next day, woke up with the mask completely dry and transparent giving that glass look that the other reviews were saying. My skin looked bright and plumped like I had a complete sleep. Overall, it might be a little pricey for an everyday mask but I would definitely try one again in the future."

"This is a really easy to apply face mask. Once in place it didn't move. The gel type texture of the mask was comfortable and had a cooling effect on my skin with a pleasant fragrance. After removing the mask my face felt hydrated. I also liked that the product was fully absorbed and didn’t make my face feel wet and overloaded. My skin felt smooth and bright. Would recommend purchase."
