Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Holiday Shipping
To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Protection
NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.
International Delivery
We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Warehouse Pickup
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

This mask is very light so you have to take your time to unfold and apply it correctly.
I washed my face and applied toner as recommended on the package.
The mask is very comfortable to wear, so pleasant that I fell asleep with it so I wore it for about 45 minutes.
It left my skin perfectly hydrated and with a plump cheeks effect and a super glow.
My skin was ready for the rest of the routine.

It's the first mask I've tried in a while. The texture is just right and my skin felt smooth and firm after using. Even after going out and wearing Makeup later on.
But I think I will use it in the evening for the next time. Maybe it's just my skin in general, but I had the feeling that my skin appeared extra shiny today.
I think this could be a mask worth using regularly for its full potential! :)

Loved the creamy texture of the mask! The product penetrates the skin very easily and moisturizes deeply. Often masks have a slightly liquid texture but this one is a bit less so, which makes it convenient to use because it does not slip.

I personally prefer when it a 2 part mask so be better spread along the face so even though it’s not hard to put the mask it’s annoying spreading it evenly, I use hyaluronic acid everyday for plumpness and drink collagen everyday with vitamin C so I didn’t see a huge difference after this mask and I believe that would be the reason, nonetheless my skin did feel soft and well hydrated after using, that can be extremely useful for winter, it’s maybe one of the few masks that hydrates acne prone skins without making us breaking out, so acne prone skin woman that want to have a more plumped skin help reduce wrinkles without breaking out this would be a great choice.
