Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Protection

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Preparation

STEP 01 — Apply Skincare: After cleansing, apply your serum or essence evenly.

STEP 02 — Choose the Mode and the Level: Press the mode button briefly to select your desired mode (Booster Mode/MC Mode/Derma Shot Mode/Air Shot Mode).

After selecting the mode, use the power button to choose the level you want (1-5 levels available).*

*When using the product for the first time, start from level 1 and gradually increase the level.

STEP 03 — Ensure Full Contact: Place the device head fully onto the skin. The LED activates once proper contact is detected.

STEP 04 — Finish with Cream: Apply moisturizer to seal in benefits and complete your routine.

Warranty Period and Details:

This product is covered by a warranty that expires 12 months from its shipment date. During the warranty period, customers will be entitled to free replacement service if the defective item is caused by non-human factors and is within the scope of a warranty. No replacement for defective items after the warranty period.

Within Scope of Warranty:

Limited to malfunctions occurred during normal use.

Out of Scope of Warranty:

For malfunction or damage resulting from human factors listed below:

Any improper use and damage caused by accident or improper storage of the device (e.g. device dropped), any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;
Alteration of the appearance or replacement of the product parts or dismantlement of the device on your own resulting in the device failing to function normally;
Any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;
Repair by an unauthorized manufacturer or third party.
The warranty is subject to our Terms of Use.

Terms of Use – Defective Devices:

If your device is not functioning properly, please contact us first at hello@niasha.ch. We then request that you return the product for inspection so we can identify the malfunction. Following the assessment, and depending on stock availability, we will either send you a replacement device or issue a refund for the product cost.
