Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Protection

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. After completing your skincare routine, apply a primer if needed.
2. Shake well and squeeze a small amount of BB cream onto your hands.
3. Dot the cream onto your forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin, then gently pat it into your skin.

Additional Coverage: Dab extra product onto areas that need more coverage.

Settle and Adapt: Wait about 5 minutes before applying any further makeup to allow the BB cream to adjust to your skin tone.

different color on your neck - get this one!

"I've worn the new BOJ tinted sunscreen spf 50 in L110 (warm undertone) for 3 days - and I'm not disappointed. The light emulsion absorbs super-fast, leaves a lovely tint and no white cast. It's featherlight and doesn't clog pores - feels like wearing nothing. I noticed though that I need more coverage to cover old acne marks and pigmentation on my face, thus back to my Bobbi Brown weightless powder. On my neck, however, this skin tint looks fantastic; my skin on my neck is always 1-2 shades lighter than the skin on my face. So, I'm applying this skin tint on my neck and don't need a bronzer anymore. A wash of color and the spf 50 - makes my neck look rested, it is sun-protected and moisturized all day. Thanks BOJ!"
