Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Dispense an appropriate amount on your dry palm and gently massage it onto the dry face.

2. Wet your hands with water, continue to lightly massage the face until the oil turns into a milky consistency.

3. Wash with warm water.

    Always coming back to youuuuuu

    This is honestly the best cleanser I've ever purchased. As it's been soldout quite a few times (which speaks for itself), I tried a few others to compare, but I always come back to this one. It leaves my complicated and stubborn skin feel so clean and soothed after using it. My skin used to feel tight and dry after cleansing, but not with this product. Also, I feel like it helps me deal with my acne when other oil cleanser sometimes made it worse. So bonus point!

    Good cleansing oil
