Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Using the measuring cup, take out the required amount of powder and dilute it with cool water or an activator in the silicone bowl (approximately 50 ml of powder per 35 ml of water).
2. Stir the mixture thoroughly with the spatula, then apply the mixture to cleansed skin of the face, neck, and décolleté. Leave it to set (~25 minutes).
3. Carefully remove the mask, and wash away any residue with lukewarm water.
