Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

1. Apply an appropriate amount on your dry palm and gently massage it onto the dry face.

2. Wet your hands with water, continue to lightly massage the face until the oil turns into a milky consistency.

Best first step cleanser: I
Best first step cleanser: I don't like the oily ones, my skin feels unclean afterwards. Not with this cleansing balm. It is well suited for sensitive skin, but with the creamy texture you can easily distribute it on your skin. Does not blur my eyes as much as others and does not sting. Love it! Does not last as long as others, though
