Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

Tracking

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Apply an appropriate amount on your dry palm and gently massage it onto the dry face.

2. Wet your hands with water, continue to lightly massage the face until the oil turns into a milky consistency.

3. Wash with warm water.

"Best first step cleanser: I don't like the oily ones, my skin feels unclean afterwards. Not with this cleansing balm. It is well suited for sensitive skin, but with the creamy texture you can easily distribute it on your skin. Does not blur my eyes as much as others and does not sting. Love it! Does not last as long as others, though"
