Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Squeeze a sufficient amount of sunscreen onto your fingertips.
2. Dot the sunscreen across your face and neck, then gently massage it into your skin using circular motions until fully absorbed.

*Apply alone, or over/under your makeup at least 30 min before sun exposure.

**During extended sun exposure, reapply every two hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

"This sunscreen really feels like you’re applying water on your face. It is very light, transparent and confortable on the skin, perfect for reapplying during the day. The only “downside” for me, since I have oily skin that becomes even shinier and oilier when it’s hot, is that the sunscreen leaves your skin quite dewy. Could be perfect for someone with more normal/dry skin or just someone who loves the glow."

No white cast mais peau grasse

"C'est une très bonne protection solaire, de plus, il ne laisse pas de white cast ce qui convient aux peaux mattes ou foncées. Pour les personnes qui ont la peau grasse, cette crème laisse une couche huileuse quelques heures après son utilisation. Elle ne sèche pas la peau mais avoir la peau grasse n'est pas agréable. Je le conseillerais aux personnes qui ont une peau sèche ou normal."
