Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

"Very hydrating, calming & evens your skin tone! Also makes your make-up look much better! The only issue that I had is that one side of the bottle / serum (Niacinamide) doesn't pump properly. So one side is already finished (snail serum) and the other one doesn't come out and is therefore waisted...."
