Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@niasha.ch with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Dispense 3-4 drops of the product and gently massage or tap it into the skin until fully absorbed.

2. Follow with a moisturizer to lock in the hydration.

Daytime Use: You can use this product during the day. However, we strongly recommend applying sunscreen on top of the Vitamin C to protect your skin from UV damage.

Avoid Mixing with Other Actives: Do not use this product in conjunction with chemical exfoliants such as AHA, BHA, or retinoids to prevent potential irritation.

Potency and Freshness: This serum contains pure ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), so it's best to use it immediately after purchase to maintain its effectiveness.Storage: Store the product in the refrigerator before and after opening. Vitamin C is sensitive to changes in temperature, light, and air. To preserve its potency, keep it in a refrigerator or in a cool, dark, and dry place.

Initial Reaction: You might experience mild tingling or redness when you first start using Vitamin C, especially if it’s a high concentration. This is normal but should subside as your skin adjusts. If irritation persists, you should discontinue use.

Skin Sensitivity: If you’re new to Vitamin C, start with a small amount to see how your skin reacts. Gradually increase the amount as your skin builds tolerance.
