Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

Perfect for recalcitrant makeup
I use it to remove makeup from my eyes and it doesn't sting and is really super effective on waterproof makeup.
I rate it 4 stars because I think that the mandarin one works worse than the original.

Excellent!
Sworn fan of the basic version, never thought I would change the cleanser...until I bought this one by mistake :) Perfect cleansing effect, feels smoother than the basic balm. I also love th delicate scent.

Almost as good as the original
I've loved the classic Clean Balm for a long time. Because I'm loyal to the product, I've also tried the Mandarin version. Is in no way inferior to the original and gives an additional kick of freshness. Smells pleasant, rather intense, yet not penetrating. I like it quite a bit, but more as a peppy change than for the daily routine.
