Returns

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. After cleansing, pat your skin dry with a towel.

2. Slip your fingers into the pad’s sleeve with the criss-crossed gauze side facing down.

3. Gently massage your face and neck in circular motions.

4. Flip the pad and swipe across your face to remove any remaining debris.

5. Rinse with lukewarm water if needed, or proceed with your skincare routine.

*If you use this exfoliating product during the daytime, always finish your skincare routine with sunscreen application. This is crucial to protect your newly exposed skin from UV damage and to minimize the risk of sensitivity or irritation.

**After use, make sure you close the cover. It is recommended to keep the product in the fridge or store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
