Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Protection

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

Use like a conditioner.
1. Take an adequate amount of the product and apply it evenly over your hair.
2. Leave the product on for up to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

I love the way this product makes my hair feeling soft, and healthy. It truly helps my ends feel smoother and more hydrated without making it greasy. I wish the bottle was a tad bit bigger but that's a detail

Perfect for dry hair
I really liked this product. It definitely made my hair feel softer, and I also love the scent. It hydrates the hair well, so I would recommend it to anyone with dry hair. I haven’t seen major results yet, but I think the longer you use it, the more improvements you’ll notice.

Perfect for fine hair!
I wash my hair daily, so dryness in the lengths is an issue. Already after the first use my hair was much softer and easier to work with. It works perfectly with my fine hair. I would recommend only adding it to the lengths and then comb through before rinsing for the best result. Definitely a hair mask that does what it promises. Also does not irritate me ( I got seborrheic eczema). Worth to give this a go if you want that softness back on your hair.
