Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

Worth trying although not the best

"It’s the first product I use from the brand SKIN1004. As the title of my review says, it’s not bad at all, but I’ll unlikely keep using it. I think it’s a very good quality cream, very light and fresh gel type cream. I like the freshness it leaves on my skin at night, and it absorbs very quickly and respects the serum ingredients I use right before. However, I don’t see any differences on my skin if I consider my skin concerns. I believe it would work wonders on a dryer skin, but mine is normal with some oil tendency (very little though). I am happy I tested it though, it would be my second/third choice as an emergency sleeping pack to have in my cabinet. My husband loves it LOL. He has dry skin."

"It is a well hydrating sleeping mask, however I did notice that I got more blackheads over time which is why I stopped using it. It does give you very pretty glassskin though."
