Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

Apply the Lotion: Dispense a generous amount into your hands, rub them together to warm the lotion, and apply it to your body.

Target Areas: Pay special attention to drier areas like elbows, knees, and heels. You can also apply it to your face and hair if needed. .

Allow to Absorb: Let the lotion absorb fully before getting dressed to lock in moisture and prevent transfer to clothing.

I like the product, gives

best product ever!
It's the best moisturizer ever I have used. have a bit skin problem for some years, esp. when the spring/winter season comes, my skin on the neck can get super dry, can turn extremely itchy. After applying this, first of all, it really calms my dry skin with very 'light touch', later on, for hours unless I wash it off by shower, the skin stays super moisturized and very 'clam', not even necessarily have to apply for couple of times. Based on the instruction, you can even apply this product on the hair, never tried it yet, but can well imagine it will also work well on any part of the body where are dehydrated. Super product from Dear Klairs, highly recommend!
