Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Pump a small amount of the product onto your hand and gently tap it into the skin until fully absorbed.

2. Follow with other treatments and moisturizer to lock in hydration.

*Adjust the amount and how often you use it based on your skin’s sensitivity. Begin with once a week at night, gradually increasing both the amount and frequency as your skin becomes accustomed to it.

**Avoid using with other Reedle Shot simultaneously. Do not use with any devices or immediately after cosmetic procedures. Adjust usage based on your skin’s sensitivity.
