Spedizione
Gli ordini vengono elaborati entro 24-48 ore lavorative. Una volta spedito, il tuo ordine verrà consegnato da Swiss Post entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi con Spedizione Standard o 1-2 giorni lavorativi con Spedizione Prioritaria. Si prega di notare che i tempi di elaborazione potrebbero essere leggermente più lunghi durante i periodi di grande affluenza, come Natale o Black Friday.
Spedizione durante le festività
Per garantire la consegna puntuale durante le festività o eventi promozionali, ti consigliamo di effettuare gli ordini in anticipo, poiché i tempi di consegna potrebbero allungarsi a causa dell'alto volume di ordini.
Tracciamento
Una volta che il tuo ordine è stato spedito, riceverai un'email di conferma con le informazioni di tracciamento. Puoi seguire il tuo ordine tramite il sito web di Swiss Post utilizzando il numero di tracciamento fornito.

Goditi la spedizione gratuita su tutti gli ordini superiori a CHF 50.
Resi
Puoi restituire i prodotti entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del tuo ordine. Per essere idonei al reso, i prodotti devono essere inutilizzati, non aperti, non danneggiati e nella confezione originale. Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente, a meno che il prodotto ricevuto non sia difettoso o errato. Prodotti danneggiati o difettosi
Se ricevi un prodotto danneggiato o difettoso, ti preghiamo di contattarci all'indirizzo hello@niasha.ch con il numero dell'ordine e le foto del danno per ricevere assistenza. Organizzeremo una sostituzione o un rimborso.

NIASHA Ltd. non è responsabile per pacchi smarriti o rubati dopo la consegna. Consigliamo vivamente di selezionare l'opzione di Protezione del Pacco per CHF 1 (consegna contro firma) al checkout per assicurare che il tuo ordine sia protetto contro furti o perdite dopo la consegna.

Attualmente spediamo solo in Svizzera e Liechtenstein.
Ritiro in magazzino
Puoi ritirare il tuo ordine direttamente dal nostro magazzino a Vevey, Vaud. Il ritiro è disponibile dal lunedì al venerdì: 9:30 – 16:30. Una volta che il tuo ordine sarà pronto per il ritiro, riceverai una notifica. Si prega di portare con sé la conferma dell'ordine e un documento d'identità valido al momento del ritiro.

Following the instructions, I washed my face, patted it dry and then applied the mask. I had it on 5 min longer than suggested and once I took the mask off - wow! My skin was hydrated and the usual oiliness gone. I checked back every 5 min - for almost 4 hours my skin was matte, hydrated and just looking good. My visible pores seemed smaller. I shall order this as a regular treatment prior to events. I didn't put any make-up on, but I reckon that this mask leaves skin perfectly prepared to put on a primer and on top a liquid or powder foundation. ideal for us with combo/oily skin - it works!

I love the brand some by mi and have already used several of their products. This mask didn't disappoint either! Even though it's a little sticky on the skin afterwards, I've seen big changes in my pores and my t-zone, which is less oily.

I have never used a product with Matcha, it's a first. I did not smell any particular smell. I used this mask in the evening and I didn't see any effect right away but the next morning my pores were tighter, my skin was cleaner and more beautiful. Very happy with this mask. I am never a fan of Some By Me products.
