Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

1. Apply an appropriate amount on your dry palm and gently massage it onto the dry face.

2. Wet your hands with water, continue to lightly massage the face until the oil turns into a milky consistency.

I like this product, it
I like this product, it does his job.
My eyes get a bit blurry after using it (I have this problem with ALL the cleansing balms I have ever tried) but it's not too bad I will still continue to use it!

Not as good as everyone says...
I really wanted to like this product but it's not really that good. It took SOME make up off but it did not really cleanse my face well.

Not the biggest fan of this product!
Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original doesn't really lather, or even distribute as an oil based cleanser should. I struggled a lot with this and did not take off all my make up and I felt unclean after.
