Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Tracking

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

I have been using this

"I have been using this cream for three years now which says it all. Very, very hydrating and the smallest amount goes a long way. I have combination skin and since using this cream my skin is always well hydrated. I use it morning and evening. Love the light texture. Only negative is that the big tube was out of stock 😛"
