Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

AMAZING!!
I instantly fell in love with this cleanser <3 The packaging looks so classy and the texture is unlike anything else I’ve tried. You only need a tiny amount and a little really goes a long way. The scent is very pleasant and it cleans the skin thoroughly without stripping it.
After rinsing, my skin feels incredibly soft and every product I apply afterwards absorbs so much better. Once my skincare routine is finished, my face looks smooth, fresh & flawless.
Can't wait to try the other Arencia cleanser & serums!!
