Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

After cleansing, choose one of the following methods:

Using Your Hands: Disperse the toner onto your palm and gently pat it onto your face until fully absorbed.
Using a Cotton Pad: Disperse the toner onto a cotton pad and gently sweep it over your face, using upward and outward motions.

"I really love this Toner, it is very hydrating and nourishing. I have combination skin and would recommend it more for this skin type or dry skin. In the summer with the Dynasty Cream (from BoJ), it is too much for me, so I use this toner together with the Red Bean Water Gel (from BoJ). 4 Stars because I like the Rice Toner from "I'm From" more. Nevertheless, I will stick with this toner and not switch back to the one from "I'm From" because it is cheaper and almost as good."
