Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

Lightly apply a moderate amount over cheeks and lips, using dabbing motion.* **

* The memory gel texture may need a moment to activate. Gently press multiple times or warm with fingertips to soften and help the product dispense smoothly.

**Due to its higher powder content, the shade “Sugar Powder” may feel slightly different in texture compared to other Jelly Pots. If the shimmer isn’t visible at first, simply rub and press gently to reveal its radiant pigment.
