Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Disperse the cleansing water onto a cotton pad and gently sweep it over your face, using downward motions. **

2. Rinse with lukewarm water if needed, or proceed with your skincare routine.

**When removing heavy or waterproof makeup (such as mascara or liquid lipstick), gently press the moistened cotton pad onto the area for 5–10 seconds. This allows the cleansing water to break down the makeup effectively before wiping it away. Use a fresh cotton pad as needed until the skin is completely clean.
