Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday.

Holiday Shipping

To ensure timely delivery during the holiday season or sales events, we recommend placing orders early, as delivery times may extend due to high volumes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Protection

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

Der Geruch ist neutral und ich habe trotz sensibler Haut keinerlei Irritationen. Die Farbe ist eher auf der hellen Seite und und das sollte man im Hinterkopf haben"

I found my best foundation

"This foundation perfectly blends with my skin tone. It takes a few seconds to create uniform, fresh looking and radiant skin. The product has moderate coverage and feels light on skin. It doesn't last all day, but can be easily reapplied."

Best makeup I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot)

"This is hands down the best makeup I have ever tried. The shade 21 is a tad too dark for me, but so are most makeups. Often, even the lightest shade is too dark for me. You can see that there is makeup on the skin, but it looks... just good. Not cakey, not oily, it just stays ever so slightly dewy, up to 12 hours. I think it also doesn't oxidize. The applicator is great and doesn't soak up any makeup. I would also call it mask proof. You can absolutely see it on the inside of the mask, but on the face, you can barely tell that any rubbed off. However, it is certainly not transfer proof.I just hope that Niasha will stock more shades or - more importantly - the refills."
