Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

how to use

1. Cleanse and tone your skin.

2. Unfold the mask, apply it to your face, and align it with your features.

Overnight: Apply the mask at the end of your skincare routine and leave it on overnight. Remove the mask the next morning and follow with your skincare regimen.

Daytime: After preparing the skin with a toner or serum, apply the mask and leave it on for 3-4 hours or until it becomes transparent.

Pro Tip: Don't waste the mask's eye and mouth parts. Apply them to the sides of your nose, under your eyes, on your neck, or anywhere you need extra hydration and firming.
