Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, your order will be delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping or 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your order via Swiss Post's website using the provided tracking number.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or Defective Products

NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We highly recommend selecting the Package Protection option for CHF 1 (delivery against signature) at checkout to ensure your order is protected against theft or loss after delivery.

International Delivery

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Warehouse Pickup

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.

Am quite happy with the
Am quite happy with the product. Makes a nice finish. Not too shiny, but still moisturizing. And has good coverage which you can build up. And doesn’t cling to much to my dry patches.

Cute AND Seriously Good! 😊
Let’s be real - Muzigae Mansion’s packaging is adorable, but what really blew me away is how well this cushion performs! I have combo skin, and finding a foundation that stays matte without clinging to dry patches is a struggle. But this? Perfection. It has a medium-high, buildable coverage that evens out my skin beautifully without feeling heavy. Compared to the Rom&nd Bare Water Cushion, this one definitely provides more coverage and stays matte all day. I was also surprised by how little product I needed - just dabbing the puff twice was enough for my entire face and neckline!
If you have oily or combo skin and want a foundation that controls sebum while giving you a flawless, soft-matte finish, this is it. Super impressed! 👏
